Visitation will be from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. Friday, June 23, 2017 at Bailey-Love Mortuary, 35 West Park Drive, Huntington, Indiana. Funeral Services will immediately follow at 12 p.m. Friday at Bailey-Love Mortuary with Rev. Raymond Scribner officiating. Burial will be in Lancaster Cemetery in Huntington County.
Mae was born on December 11, 1925 in Huntington, the daughter of Claude and Cora (Wamsley) Hoover. She married Ralph J. Bieghler on October 21, 1943 in Huntington and was a homemaker. She also worked at Schacht Rubber Company in Huntington for eight years and then Pyle Industries for four years. Mae enjoyed gardening and loved taking care of her family, especially her grandkids.
Survivors include her husband of 73 years – Ralph J. Bieghler of Huntington; a son, Philip W. (Sylvia) Bieghler of Plymouth; a daughter, Susan (Mark) Christman of Andrews; a sister, Janet Kahn of Huntington; eight grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, an infant son, Norman, two sisters, Louise Herrick and Mariedean Converse, and three brothers, Charles Hoover, James Hoover, and Herbert Hoover.
