Madonna L. Fulk, 57, Marion, died at 12:50 a.m. on Monday, November 14, 2016, at Miller’s Merry Manor, Marion. She was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to Mary (Ritchey) Hawkins.

Madonna worked in the Carey Services workshop and enjoyed participating in Special Olympics. She was known to be “feisty”, but that’s what everyone loved about her. She enjoyed dancing, singing, riding roller coasters, and going out to eat with friends. Madonna loved to go on trips and visit many places, and she especially wanted to travel to Las Vegas and meet Elvis. She was also a fan of Shania Twain.

Survivors include her brother, James Fulk; aunt, Carol (Jim) Thomas; caregivers, Michelle (James) Adaway, Donna Boatwright, and Leslie Wilkins; and her “babies”, Trey Adaway and Jesi Adaway. She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Mary Hawkins.

Visitation is from 10-11 a.m. on Friday, November 18, 2016, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, IN. Services begin at 11 a.m. with Pastor Mick Simpkins officiating. Burial will follow at South Union Cemetery in Kokomo.
