Lori Ann Berkheiser, 52 years old, of Peru, Indiana passed away on April 2, 2016 at Methodist Hospital Indianapolis, Indiana.
Lori worked as a housekeeper for the N&W Railroad Dormitory. She was born in Peru on May 14, 1963 to William and Julia (McCain) Berkheiser of Peru; they both survive. Also surviving are a brother, Michael Berkheiser of Peru, Indiana, and several uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother, Jeffrey Berkheiser, one aunt Sharon Berkheiser, and one uncle Jim Berkheiser. Also, paternal grandparents Joseph and Alice Berkheiser, and maternal grandparents Jack and Maxine Hayworth.
A graveside service will held on Thursday, April 7, 2016 at 10:00 AM at the Mount Hope Cemetery Chapel, Peru, Indiana with Pastor Bill Sheets officiating. Memorials may be made to the Miami County Military Rites Unit through the Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home.
