Lois V. Snow, 92, of Peru peacefully passed away on July 8, 2017 at 3:05pm, surrounded by her loving family.

Lois was born on October 9, 1924 in Rosie, Arkansas to Claude and Nellie Edith Burrow.  She married William “Bill” Snow on January 18, 1946.  He preceded her in death on March 6, 1995.  She was also preceded in death by her parents, a stepfather Henry Hollowell, two brothers Wayne Burrow of Tennessee and Jerry Burrow of South Dakota, a sister Clara Parks of Branson, Missouri, and a son-in-law John Albert of Peru.

She is survived by a daughter Donna S. Albert, a granddaughter Emily Albert Kjeldsen and husband John, and sister Linda Manning and husband Edward.

Lois worked at Laidlaw Manufacturing Bryon, Fisher Body in Marion, and retired from United Technologies.  She had been retired for several years and enjoyed gardening, reading, and spending time with family and friends.  She loved animals – especially cats.  She was very much loved by her family and friends and will be deeply missed.

Visitation will be held from 11am – 2pm on Thursday, July 13, 2017 at Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home, 105 West Third Street, Peru, Indiana.  Funeral service will follow at 2pm, with Pastor Dave Daniels officiating.  Burial will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery, Peru, Indiana.
