Lois F. Blaugh, 90, of Warren, IN, passed away at 8:15 PM on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at Heritage Pointe in Warren, IN. She was born on Friday, January 21, 1927, in Jefferson Twp., IN. She married Max Blaugh on Saturday, August 27, 1949 in Mt. Etna, IN. Max passed away on June 8, 2001. Lois was a 1945 graduate of Jefferson Twp. High School in Huntington. She was a member of the North Webster United Methodist church in North Webster. She was a former member of the Kosciusko Co. Home Economics Club, and the DA Chapter of PEO International Sister Hood. Lois and her late husband, Max had formerly resided at Lake Tippecanoe from 1980-2000.
Loving Survivors Include; Daughters – Susan (Hus.-Kenneth) McKinley, Bluffton, OH, Jean (Hus.-Dale) Kem, Huntington, IN, Sons – David Blaugh, Naperville, IL, James Blaugh, Naperville, IL, 5 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her Husband – Max Blaugh, Father – Harold L. Fickle,
Mother – Ruby (Beal) Fickle, Sister – Margaret Shideler, Brother – Harold “Dick” Fickle, and Daughter in Law- Mary Blaugh (David’s late wife).
Family and friends may gather to share and remember at Glancy-H. Brown & Son Funeral Home 203 N. Matilda St. Warren, IN. on Friday June 23, 2017 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and one hour prior to service on June 24, 2017.
A service to celebrate her life will be at Glancy-H. Brown & Son Funeral Home at 10:00 AM on Saturday June 24, 2017 with Gerald Moreland officiating. Interment will follow in the Lancaster Cemetery in Huntington.
