Logan Daniel Stephens, 23, died at his residence in Indianapolis, on Saturday, August 20, 2016. Logan was born on May 4, 1993 in Greenfield, IN and was the son of Janet P. Wissman Neal and James Daniel Stephens. Logan graduated from Peru High School in 2011 and worked for Trim Plus LLC in Indianapolis. He enjoyed cooking, disc golf, corn hole, camping, fishing, movies, his dog, Luke and spending time with his family and friends, especially his niece Madelynn. Logan is survived by his father Danny; mother Janet and stepdad Tom Neal; his sister Megan and her husband Jason Simpson, step-brothers Dalton Neal and Damon Neal; nieces, Madelynn Simpson and Jaylynn Simpson; Aunt Sandy and her husband Sam Wheeler; Uncle Harlo and his wife Nelly Wissman, Aunt Teresa Gable, Aunt Lana and her husband Don Neiderhauser and Uncle Rick Stephens. Several cousins; Savanna, Sophia, Sydnee, Harley, Tyler, Rickey, Dannie, Jason and Kyle, and family in Jackson, KY and Wabash, IN including step-grandmother Linda Neal of Wabash, IN. He was preceded in death by his grandparents and his dog, Luke. A service celebrating the life of Logan Stephens will be held at 11:00 A.M., Thursday, August 25, 2016 at the Eikenberry-Eddy Funeral Home, 84 West Main St., Peru with Rev. Kirk Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Peru. Family and friends will gather from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M., on Wednesday, at the Eikenberry-Eddy Funeral Home.
