Linda Carol Utter, 67, of Peru, passed away at 6:30 PM, Thursday, February 2, 2017 at her residence. Linda was born in Wabash, IN on August 2, 1949, the daughter of Frank W. and Juanita Smith Davis. She married Robert E. Utter on April 18, 1971 and he survives. Linda graduated from North Miami High School in 1967. Linda is survived by her husband, Robert E. Utter, two brothers Frank Willis Davis and his wife Carol and Donald Ray Davis both of Peru. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother Paul Roger Davis. A service celebrating the life of Linda Carol Utter will be held at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at the Eikenberry-Eddy Funeral Home, 84 West Main Street, Peru with Rev. J. Robert Clark officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Hope Cemetery. Family and friends will gather 5:00-8:00 PM, Tuesday at the Eikenberry-Eddy Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
