Lilia B. Milligan, 79, Marion, died at 6:15 a.m. on Tuesday, January 31, 2017, at Options Behavioral Health Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born in Russia to the late Boris and Bella (Slavskaya) Ageev. On August 22, 2003, Lilia married Robert W. Milligan, and he preceded her in death on December 3, 2010.
There will be no services with burial taking place at Marion National Cemetery.
