Kimberly Joann “Bird” Luedtke, 52, Marion, met her Lord and Savior at 12:02 p.m. on Monday, July 17, 2017, in Marion General Hospital. She was born in Marion on January 5, 1965, to the late Everett Henrick and Marlene (Small) Wilson. On August 31, 1990, Kimberly married Richard “Dick” Luedtke, and he survives.
Kimberly worked as a nurse’s aide at Marion General Hospital and was a member of Grace Community Church.
She is survived by her husband of 26 years, Dick; siblings, Kaylene (Chris) Gary, Marion, Kevin (Sara) Henrick, St. Louis, Missouri, Kenny (Michele) Henrick, Hillsboro, Missouri, Adell Faulkner, St. Louis, Brian (Sandi) Denney, Andrews, and April (Chris) Munson, Marion; 11 nieces and 8 nephews; and 15 great-nieces, 5 great-nephews, and 2 great-great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her step-mom, Vicki Henrick.
The family will receive visitors from 4-8 p.m. on Friday, July 21, 2017, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion.
Services to celebrate Kimberly’s life will be held at the funeral home at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 22, 2017, with Rev. Dr. Tom Mansbarger officiating. Burial will follow at LaFontaine IOOF.
