Kenneth D. “Kenny” Marshall, 74, of Lagro, Indiana, died at 8:55 pm, Monday, May 22, 2017 at his home. He was born January 3, 1943 in Bluffton, Indiana to Dale and Dorothy (Emley) Marshall.
Kenny married Barbara Baker at the Lagro Presbyterian Church on January 4, 1964. He retired from Celotex in Lagro in 2001 after 37 years. He enjoyed fishing, bailing hay, watching television, and raising animals.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Marshall, and two children, Michael Marshall and Lisa Beckham, all of Lagro; three granddaughters, Brittany (Brandon) Poe of Wabash, Indiana, Lacie Beckham and Destynee Bayliss, both of Lagro; two great-grandchildren, Brayden Poe and Lilly Poe, both of Wabash; sisters and brother, Homer Marshall of Gas City, Indiana, Nancy (Clarence) West of Denver, Indiana, Bonnie (Lynn) Walters of Delong, Indiana, and Cindy (Allen) Bolen of Logansport, Indiana. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be 11:00 am Friday, May 26, 2017 at Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, 1241 Manchester Avenue, Wabash, with Joel Murray officiating. Burial will be in Lagro Cemetery, Lagro. Friends may call 9:30 -11:00 am Friday, at the funeral home.
