Kathy Lou Royse, 70, Marion, died at 3:52 p.m. on Thursday, November 16, 2017, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. She was born in Marion on August 1, 1947, to the late Virgil and Lenora (Donathan) Otis. On May 21, 1972, Kathy married Gary Royse, and they shared 28 years together until his passing on June 8, 2000.
Survivors include her daughter, Amy (Allen) Myers, Converse; son, Bryan Royse, Fort Wayne; and grandchildren, Brianna Myers, Indianapolis, Alexa Myers, Converse, and Ryleigh Myers, Converse.
The family will receive visitors from 10-11 a.m. with Kathy’s funeral service beginning at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, November 22, 2017, at Integrity Funeral Care, 2901 S. Washington St., Marion, IN. Pastor Mick Simpkins will be officiating with burial following at Grant Memorial Park.
