Loving Survivors Include: Sons – Mercy Perez, Fort Wayne, IN, Thomas Perez, Fort Wayne, IN, Daughter – Percilla Agular, Fort Wayne, IN, Sisters – Ann Narvaiz, Benita Ortiz, and 2 Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her Father – Daniel Perez, and Mother – Maria (Gonzalez) Garcia.
