Judith Ann Patrick, 70, of Hartford City, IN, passed away at 5:36 PM on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at Heritage Pointe in Warren, IN. She was born on Sunday, October 21, 1945, in Jeannette, PA to the late Harry Kornbauer & Phyllis (Hood) Vollmer. Judy formerly worked for the Blackford County School Corporation for 12 years. She was a member of the Hartford City American Legion Post#159 Auxiliary and worked at the Legion for several years. Judy enjoyed reading, watching Dancing with the Stars and Law and Order.
