Jude Andrew James Hix , infant, passed away on May 11, 2017 and Declan August Patrick Hix twin brother of Jude passed away on May 12, 2017 at Parkview Regional Hospital, Fort Wayne, IN. They were both born on Thursday May 11, 2017 to Bethanie Hix.
