Visitation will be from 3 – 7 p.m. Monday, May 15, 2017 at Bailey-Love Mortuary, 35 West Park Drive, Huntington, Indiana. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at Bailey-Love Mortuary with Pastor Tim Troyer officiating. There will be one hour of visitation prior to the service. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery in Huntington.

Joyce was born on February 16, 1955 in Huntington, the daughter of George and Doris (Farber) Bartrom. She attended Huntington North High School and married Rick Dillon on March 5, 1983 in Huntington. She was a homemaker and an avid IU basketball fan. She loved going to flea markets and festivals and spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her husband of 34 years – Rick Dillon of Huntington; a son – Jeff (Hayli) Dennis of Huntington; two daughters – Jennifer (Mike) Nevil of Huntington and Jodi (Corey) Byrd of Van Buren; a brother – Bill Bartrom of Sturgis, Michigan; two sisters – Penny (Steve) Gribler of Huntertown and Charlotte (Robert) Dillon of Huntington; and six grandchildren. Her parents and a daughter, Kristy Dennis, precede her in death.
