Jerry E. Moore, 72, formerly of Kokomo passed away at 6:30 P.M., Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at Manatee Memorial Hospital, Bradenton. FL. He was born in Kokomo on November 30, 1943 the son of E. Thelbert and Inez Lee Moore. Jerry married Betty M. Cooley on July 16, 1962 and she survives. Surviving in addition to his wife, Betty, is a son, Jeff Moore and his wife Melissa of Peru; grandchildren Braxton Moore, Makenna Moore and Emma Moore and a brother James Robert Moore. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers John and Donald and sisters Betty and Jean. A service celebrating the life of Jerry E. Moore will be held at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at Ever Rest Memorial Park with Pastor Robert Adelsperger officiating.
