Jeremy is survived by his wife, Heather Bradley, Marion; daughters, Alexandra Bradley, Sims, and Alison White, Marion; parents, Garold and Teresa Bradley, Marion; in-laws, Joe and Debby Gordon, Fairmount; grandparents, John and Emily Green, Muncie; brother-in-law, Matthew (Nicole) Lakes, Fairmount; nephew, Zach Lakes, Fairmount; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.  Jeremy will also be missed by the many friends he had.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Glendel and Naomi Bradley, and his father-in-law, Larry Lakes.
