Jamie was a construction worker and he loved his girls, they were his world. He is survived by daughters, Mya Carter, North Manchester, IN, Taylor Stahlman, Marion, IN and Jordyn Carter, Marion, IN; his companion, Kim Manuel, Marion, IN; brothers, Jason (Heather) Hawkins, Marion, IN, Doug Carter, North Manchester, IN and Dan (Sara) Enyeart, Fort Wayne, IN; sisters, Angelia B. (Joe) Norton, Marion, IN, Maria (Anthony) Elliott, Montpelier, IN and Beth Carter, Upland, IN; biological mother, Deedee Burnham, Marion, IN; nephews, Peyton Burnham and Brandon Arven and niece, Aaliyah Haynes. His parents, Mike & Donna (Mathias) Carter, and one brother are deceased. Family and friends may call Friday, January 27, 2017 from 2:00-5:00 & 6:00-8:00 p.m. at McKee Mortuary, 1401 State Road 114 West, North Manchester, IN and one hour prior to service on Saturday. Services will be Saturday, January 28, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at McKee Mortuary, 14001 State Road 114 West, North Manchester, IN. Rev. Darrell Smith will officiate.
