Jacqueline M. Ihnen, 84, North Manchester, IN passed away Sunday, October 29, 2017 in Parkview Regional Hospital, Fort Wayne,IN. She was born December 5, 1932 in Wabash, IN to Demonine & Jeanette (Walker) Gill. She moved to North Manchester in the 6th grade and was raised by her foster mother, Mary Hutchinson. On September 20, 1953 she married Ted Ihnen. Jackie was a secretary at Peabody Seating Company, North Manchester, IN & Sunoco Products, Akron, IN for 32 years and then at Precision Tool, North Manchester, IN into her 80’s. She was a member of First Brethren Church, North Manchester, IN and Manchester High School Alumni Association. She was a family woman, loved going to sporting events, cake baking, quilting and going to her grandchildren’s events. She is survived by her husband, Ted Ihnen, North Manchester, IN; son, Max (Barb) Ihnen, Fort Wayne, IN; daughters, Shirley Fetrow, North Manchester, IN and Laura (Frank) Crowe, Midlothian, VA; grandchildren, Steven (Kathryn) Crowe, Michael Crowe, Matthew (Lauren Koegler) Ihnen, Andrea (Brock) Shultz, Amy Ihnen, Erica (Ryan) Freeman and Aaron (Jodi) Fetrow; great grandchildren, Virginia Crowe, Bryce Shultz, Maci Shultz, Lane Shultz, Kaya Willsey, Maeby Freeman, Klaus Freeman, Jadon Fetrow and Zach Fetrow. Two grandsons, Kyle Ihnen & Jared Airgood, are deceased. Family & friends may call Friday, November 3, 2017 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at McKee Mortuary, 1401 State Road 114 West, North Manchester, IN and one hour prior to service on Saturday. Services will be Saturday, November 4, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at First Brethren Church, 407 N. Sycamore Street, North Manchester, IN. Pastor Kurt Stout will officiate.
