Jacob A. Chapman, 36, of North Manchester, Indiana, went to be with Jesus at 8:04 pm, Thursday, May 25, 2017 at his home. He was born October 16, 1980 in San Diego County, California.
Jacob married Sarah Murray in North Manchester, on September 10, 2011. He was working as a supervisor at Maple Leaf Farms in Milford, Indiana. He attended Victory Christian Fellowship in North Manchester. Jacob enjoyed gardening and cooking, and loved his girls. He gave God the glory for everything he had, and cherished his wife, Sarah.
He is survived by his wife, Sarah Chapman of North Manchester; three daughters, Avalee Mae Sue Chapman of North Manchester, Abigail Caitlyn Chapman of Columbia City, Indiana, and Carmah Louise Parr of North Manchester; father, Michael Chapman of Fort Wayne, Indiana; mother and father, Susan (Russ) Roesner of North Manchester; grandparents, Richard Roesner of Warsaw, Indiana, and Arlene (Ray) Chapman Hankee Conn of Fort Wayne, Indiana; brothers and sister, Benjamin C. (Jamie) Nielsen of Ogden, Utah, Joshua Chapman of Fort Wayne, Andrea Roesner of North Manchester, and Mason Roesner of Warsaw, Indiana; and his in-laws, Steve and Marie Hartin of Roy, Utah, and Lance and Glenda Murray of Stansbury, Utah.
Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at the Victory Fellowship Church, 112 West Main Street, North Manchester, with Pastor Timothy Morbitzer officiating. Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery, North Manchester. Friends may call noon-2pm Tuesday, at the church. Arrangements by Grandstaff-Hentgen Bender Chapel, North Manchester.
