Jack Engledow, 77, of Wabash, Indiana, died Friday, August 12, 2016, at 5:25 a.m. at Visiting Nurses and Hospice Home in Fort Wayne.  He was born August 14, 1938 in Wabash, Indiana to Leon and Edna Mae (Ross) Engledow.

Jack was a 1956 graduate of Wabash High School.  He married Judith Kaye Gore in Wabash on January 26, 1958.  He was an auto body and paint man before retiring. In between working at the body shop, spending time with his family and home improvements, he passionately spent time on his Pontiac and Thunderbird. He was a member of the Idlers Car Club and enjoyed classic cars and car shows. 

He is survived by his wife, Judith Kaye Engledow of Wabash, 2 children, Mark (Debbie) Engledow of Wabash, and Tracy Brickley of Huntington, Indiana, five grandchildren, Amber (Josh) Gray of Carmel, Indiana, Carrie (Tommy) Le of Fort Wayne, Andrea (Eric) Kloer of Huntington, Indiana, Jack L. (Stefani) Engledow of Wabash, and Alyssa Brickley of Huntington, 3 great-grandsons, Jet Le, Hawk Le, both of Fort Wayne, Gabe Engledow of Peru, two brothers, Bobby Lee Engledow of Ravenna, Texas, and Randy (Jan) Engledow of Silver Lake, Indiana.  He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be
2:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, 1241 Manchester Avenue, Wabash, with David Phillips officiating.  Burial will be in Gardens of Memory Cemetery, Marion.  Friends may call 5-8 p.m., Monday, August 15 at the funeral home.
