Recently, Indiana State Police Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Division troopers, Motor Carrier Inspectors, and MCSAP qualified troopers participated in an enforcement project with our surrounding state commercial vehicle divisions. The goal of the project was to educate and prepare commercial motor vehicle drivers for winter driving dangers by concentrating the enforcement on traffic violations and Level 3 inspections, which focuses on the driver and their paperwork. The partnership enforcement area concentrated on major interstates and US highways common to adjoining states.
