Elkhart County-A 27 year old Goshen man was arrested yesterday on three felony charges following a four month long investigation of alleged crimes against children.

The investigation began due to a cyber-tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).  Investigators with the Indiana State Police Crimes Against Children Task Force, Fort Wayne Police Department (ICAC), Goshen Police Department, and Elkhart County Prosecutor’s Office coordinated efforts that resulted in a search warrant and ultimately the arrest of Dudley Lay of Goshen, Indiana.

Lay was arrested and preliminarily charged with three counts of Possession of Child Pornography, Level 6 Felony.
