Florence E. Crago, 90, Warren, IN passed away on Friday, January 29, 2016, at 12:45 a.m. at Heritage Pointe, Warren, IN.
Mrs. Crago was born December 7, 1925, in Huntington, IN, to Ira D. and Ruth Mae (Nunemaker) Walters. Her parents preceded her in death. Mrs. Crago married John A. Crago on April 19, 1947. He preceded her in death on July 12, 2005.
Mrs. Crago was an Inspector for E-Systems-Memcor and retired in 1985. She was a member of St. Peters First United Church of Christ, Huntington, IN, Eastern Star, and Daughters of the Nile.
Surviving are four daughters, Mary Ann (David) Thomas III, Lake Villa, IL; Kathy (William) Shockley, Martha (David) Forst both of Huntington, IN; and Kay Lynn (John) Bradley, Wabash, IN. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren; and three brothers, Eugene (June) Walters, Milford, KA, Ronald (Kathy) Walters, Marion, IN, and Gary (Michelle) Walters, Hurst, TX.
Along with her parents and husband she was preceded in death by five brothers and seven sisters.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, February 1, 2016, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at McElhaney-Hart Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson Street, Huntington, IN.
Additional calling hours will be held on Tuesday, February 2, 2016, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Heritage Pointe, Applegate Chapel, 801 Huntington Avenue, Warren, IN.
Funeral services will be held following morning calling hours at 11:00 a.m. at Heritage Pointe, Applegate Chapel, 801 Huntington Avenue, Warren, IN 46792, with Chaplain Ginny Soultz officiating.
Burial will be in Gardens of Memory Cemetery, Marion, IN.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Shriner’s Hospital in care of McElhaney-Hart Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson Street, Huntington, IN 46750.
