Eugene A. Sizemore, 69, North Manchester, IN passed away Sunday, December 10, 2017 at 5:49 p.m. in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, IN. He was born April 8, 1948 in Logan County, WV to Thomas Jefferson and Ruth Cleo (Adams) Sizemore. On July 6, 1967 he married Alma J. Harmon. Eugene was employed at North Manchester Foundry for 37 years retiring in 2003. He enjoyed sitting on his porch. He was a poet, even writing a poem about how much he loved his coffee, a musician and loved to make people laugh. He never knew a stranger. He attended Congregational Christian Church, North Manchester, IN. Eugene is survived by his wife Alma J. Sizemore, North Manchester, IN; son, Tom (Gina) Sizemore, North Manchester, IN; daughter, Vickie Sizemore, North Manchester, IN; brother, Randall (Brenda) Sizemore, Logan, WV; five grandchildren and one great grandchild. Two brothers, Roddie Lee Sizemore and Jimmy Sizemore, and one sister, Bonnie Watkins, are deceased. Family and friends may call Thursday, December 14, 2017 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Congregational Christian Church, 310 North Walnut Street, North Manchester, IN. Memorial service will be Friday, December 15, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Congregational Christian Church, 310 North Walnut Street, North Manchester, IN. Pastor J. P. Freeman will officiate.
