Elizabeth Lorraine (Lori Rice) Fenstermaker, 39, Marion, passed away at 1:31 p.m. on Sunday, December 3, 2017. She was born in Marion on November 22, 1978, to Brian Rice and Nancy Stiles and was a lifelong resident of Grant County.
Lori attended Eastbrook High School, later obtaining her GED and then pursuing a career in nursing. She received her Associate of Science degree in Nursing with honors and worked as a registered nurse in and around Grant County. Lori was a free spirit who loved life. She especially loved her kids and extended family. She enjoyed horseback riding, fast cars and motorcycles, attending concerts, and wearing art in the form of tattoos.
She is survived by her parents, Brian (Anita) Rice, Gas City, and Nancy Stiles, Marion; children, Madison Layne Tedder, Haley Tedder, and Dylan Joseph Fenstermaker; grandson, Vincent Felton; brothers, Brian Rice, II, Van Buren, Jacob (Aimee) Rice, Marion, and Shawn Stiles, Marion; step-brothers, Wes Stiles, North Carolina, and Shannon Stiles, Peru; step-sisters, Amanda Stiles, Marion, and Denise Stiles, Gas City; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Preceding her in death were her step-father, Dennis Stiles, and grandparents, Edgar (Betty) Borders, Harry Rice, and Genevieve Cochran.
Visitation is from 2-3 p.m. with Lori’s funeral service beginning at 3 p.m. on Thursday, December 7, 2017, at Grant Memorial Park Chapel, 1606 W. 26th St., Marion, IN. Pastor Steve Colter will be officiating.
