Don was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather who always put everyone before himself.

Don was a man of great faith and looked forward to going to his heavenly home where he would see all of his family and friends that have gone on before him.  He was a very active member of the Onward Christian Church, where he enjoyed making noodles and attending Wednesday night Bible Study.  He considered his church friends family.

Anyone who knew Don knew how he loved to share his faith.  For about 35 years he has handed out crosses and cards to most everyone he came in contact with.  This was his way of sharing the Lord.

His favorite saying was:

Put God First
Family Second
And Self Last.
