Visitation will be from 2 – 7 p.m. Monday, July 31, 2017 at Bailey-Love Mortuary, 35 West Park Drive, Huntington, Indiana. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at St. Peter’s First Community Church, 206 Etna Avenue, Huntington, with Rev. Richard Strick and Rev. Raymond Scribner officiating. There will be one hour of visitation prior to the service. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery in Roanoke.

Denise was born on September 25, 1954 in Fort Wayne, the daughter of Dean A. and Barbara A. (Dumbauld) Gressley. She graduated from Huntington North High School in 1972 and married Patrick G. Alles on May 23, 1994 in Kawai, Hawaii. Denise worked at Lincoln Financial Group in Fort Wayne and loved to window shop. She enjoyed gardening and loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband of 23 years – Patrick G. Alles of Roanoke; two daughters – Erin (Tyler) Working of Huntington and Megan Anderson of Fort Wayne; a stepson – Nick (Emily) Alles of Huntington; a stepdaughter – Honesty Sorlei of Fort Wayne; a brother – Kent (Crystal) Gressley of Van Buren; 12 grandchildren. Her parents precede her in death.
