Cody M. Nantz, 36, passed away on Monday, October 23, 2017 at his residence. He was born on August 23, 1981 in Marion, Indiana to the late Roger D. and the late Constance Marie (Richards) Nantz.
Cody is survived by sons; Cody M. Nantz, Jr. and Brody M. Nantz both of Jonesboro, IN sister, Casey (Stephen) Howlett, Swayzee, IN; Special friend who he lived with Staci Stair, Gas City, IN
He is preceded in death by his parents, Maternal Grandparents, Bobby and Ruth Richards and Paternal Grandparents, Harold and Betty Nantz.
Cody attended Mississinewa High School, and worked for Green Golf as a grounds keeper at Meshingamesha Country Club, Marion. He also had worked as a Painter, Dry Waller, Roofer, and construction jobs of any kind. Cody enjoyed canoeing, working on cars and was an avid Oakland Raiders fan.
Funeral service for Cody will be Monday October 30, 2017 at 1:00 PM with Pastor Ryan Budde officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Armes-Hunt Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Fairmount Chapel, 415 S. Main St., Fairmount, IN. Interment will be in Park Cemetery, Fairmount, IN
