Charles E. “Charlie” Wager, Jr., 36, passed away on February 1, 2017. He was born on October 4, 1980, to Charles E. Wager, Sr. and Kelly (Gonzalez) Quihuiz. Upon receiving his GED from Tucker Vocational School, Charlie immediately joined the U.S. Navy where he served 4 years stationed out of Hawaii. Charlie worked as a general contractor and later as a mechanic doing truck repair. Charlie loved his motorcycle and enjoyed reading, writing, and had a very keen, inquisitive mind and an unmistakable sense of humor. Charlie’s proudest accomplishment was his beloved “Lemur-Toad”, daughter Alyssa.

Charlie is survived by his beloved daughter, Alyssa Bearden, Fairmount, IN; mother and step-father, Kelly and Eric Quihuiz, Seattle, WA; father, Charles E. Wager, Sr., Montana; sister, Tanya Wager, Seattle, WA; and the love of his life, his ex-wife, Karen Hemingway, Seattle, WA, as well as extended family and friends in both Washington State and Indiana.

Arrangements for Charlie have been entrusted to Armes-Hunt Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 415 S. Main St., Fairmount, IN 46928. A time to celebrate Charlies life has been set for Friday, February 10, 2017, from 10:00 – 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
