Charles “Bubba” Edward Timmons, 39, of LaFontaine, Indiana, died at 1:45 pm, Thursday, March 2, 2017 in LaFontaine. He was born June 19, 1977 in Peru, Indiana to Darrell Aslinger and Sherry (Timmons) Rogers.
Bubba was a 1996 graduate of Southwood High School. He enjoyed fixing up his car and his home..
He is survived by his father, Darrel Aslinger of Bedford, Indiana; his mother, Sherry Rogers of Andrews, Indiana; adopted parents, Jane Ann Cook of LaFontaine and Charles “Tac” Timmons of Marion; brothers and sisters, Randy Timmons of Van Buren, Indiana, Rick Timmons of Marion, Indiana, Jarrod Rogers and Felicia Schnitz, both of Denver, Indiana, Michelle Timmons of LaFontaine, Amber Howell of Bunker Hill, Indiana, and Sheila (Michael) Schrameck of LaFontaine, Cecila Aslinger, Sarah Aslinger, and Mikey Aslinger, all of Bedford, and Cheyenne Aslinger of Chicago; and his grandfather, Jay Aslinger of Bedford. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Josh Aslinger, Mitchell Timmons, and Michael Timmons.
Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Thursday, March 9, 2017 at Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, 1241 Manchester Avenue, Wabash. Burial will be in Mississinewa Memorial Cemetery, Somerset. Friends may call 1:15-2 pm Thursday at the funeral home.
