Carol Ann Kelley, 57, Summitville, died in her home at 11:45 p.m. on Thursday, May 18, 2017. She was born in Marion to the late Hattie Jeanette Johnson and was married to Steven Kelley, who survives.
Carol was an Oak Hill High School graduate and attended Ball State University. She worked at Home Advantage Home Health Care as an aide until her health declined nearly nine years ago. Carol loved her two English Mastiff dogs.
In addition to her husband of 40 years, she is survived by her sons, Shane Sloan, Marion, and Shawn “E-Z” Kelley, Marion; daughter, Misty Nicole Kelley, Jonesboro; eight grandchildren, Devin, Gavin, Makenna, Jesse, Destiny, Seth, Megan, and Alise; sisters, Roetta Johnson, Wabash, and Nancy Johnson, Marion; and brothers, Mike Johnson, Wabash, and Don Johnson.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Mary Collins; and two brothers, Clay and Clayton.
The family will receive visitors from 11 a.m. to 12 noon on Friday, May 26, 2017, at Integrity Funeral Care, 2901 S. Washington St., Marion, IN. Services for Carol will begin at 12 noon with burial following at Falls Cemetery in Wabash.
