C. Sue Miller, 63, of Huntington, IN, passed away on Friday, October 28, 2016, at 4:57 a.m. at Parkview Regional Medical Hospital, Fort Wayne, IN.
Sue was born on May 19, 1953 in Huntington, IN to Thomas R. Kiefer and Tommie Sue Tackett. Her step-father was D.C.Haddock. Her parents and step-father preceded her in death. She married Paul Miller on March 28, 2002. He survives and resides in Huntington, IN.
Sue was a homemaker and took care of her family.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by one son Philip Scott Walker, Huntington, IN, and two daughters, Billie Sue (Todd) James, Huntington, IN, and Michelle Sills(DeWaine “Dew” Decker), Huntington, IN. Also surviving are two brothers, Ernie (Nina) Kiefer, Huntington, IN, and Jerry (Linda) Kiefer, Huntington, IN; four grandchildren, Brandon Decker, Kyler Decker, Tonisha James, and Kirsten Walker; and four great-grandchildren, Makedda Decker, Maniyah Decker, Samarah James, and Bryston Smith.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by one grandson, Levi James and one brother, Daniel Kiefer.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at McElhaney-Hart Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson Street Huntington, IN.
Funeral services will be on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at McElhaney-Hart Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson Street Huntington, IN, with one hour of calling from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. prior to the funeral service.
Burial will be at Pilgrims Rest Cemetery, Huntington, IN.
