Brian W. Brindle, 61, of Peru, passed peacefully into the hands of the Lord on the eve of his 62nd birthday, at 5:10 AM, Sunday, September 4, 2016, at Blair Ridge Health Campus in Peru, with his wife and sons at his side. He was born in Peru on September 5, 1954 the son of Richard and Muriel Safford Brindle. Brian married Leanne Windsor at the Parkview United Methodist Church on May 25, 1979 and she survives. Brian was a 1974 graduate of Peru High School and attended the Olive Branch Church of God. He was employed as a Tool & Die Maker at United Technology and an avid golfer. Brian was a loving and devoted husband to Leanne and father to his three sons Wayne, Jeremy and Brandon. He is survived by his wife Leanne, sons Wayne Brindle of Peru, Jeremy Brindle and his wife Erin of Mexico and Brandon Brindle and his wife Christina of Wabash and brothers Bruce Brindle and his wife Regine of Peru and Barry Brindle and his wife Anita of Peru. A service celebrating the life of Brian W. Brindle will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at the Eikenberry Eddy Funeral Home, 84 West Main Street, Peru, IN with Pastors Jeff Sumner and J. Robert Clark officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery, Peru. Family and friends will gather from 3:00-8:00 PM, on Tuesday at the Eikenberry-Eddy Funeral Home. Memorial donations may be made through the funeral home to the Olive Branch Church of God or Premier Hospice.
