Brenda S. Cramer, 62, Marion, died at 4:13 a.m. on Saturday, July 16, 2016, at Marion General Hospital. She was born in Greenville, Tennessee, and raised in Marion by her parents, John Hurd and Donna (Childress) Higgins. She married Ronald R. Cramer, and he survives.
Brenda worked as a respiratory therapist for Vernon Manor. She previously worked at Wesleyan Health and Rehabilitation Center and volunteered at St. Martin Community Center. Brenda enjoyed doing crafts.
Survivors include her husband, Ronald; children, Dawn Delisa Murray, Marion, Shane (Jennifer) Murray, Upland, and Racin Cramer, LaFontaine; grandchildren, Chaz Shenefield, Felicia Shenefield, Anthoney Murray, and Samantha Foulk; great-grandsons, Casper Smith and Bain Shenefield; and siblings, Linda Jean (Donnie) Charlton, Greenville, Tennessee, Pamlan (James) Auler, Marion, Barbara Roberts, Marion, Tammy Roberts, Marion, John Lee Hurd, Kolleen, Texas, Tim Harrison, Germany, and David Harrison, Kansas.
In addition to her parents, Brenda was preceded in death by her sister, Martha Mae Roberts.
Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. on Thursday, July 21, 2016, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, IN. Funeral services will begin at 6 p.m. with Pastor Troy Bishop officiating. Burial will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 22, 2016, at Marion National Cemetery.
