Bonnie L. Lloyd, 86, of Warren, IN, passed away at 4:45 PM on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at Hospice Home in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born on Wednesday, June 11, 1930, in Wells County, IN. Bonnie graduated from Warren High School in 1948. She was a member of the Warren Wesleyan Church. She was a former line type operator for the Warren Weekly and worked at the Herald Press for 10 years. Bonnie enjoyed word search puzzles and bingo.
Survivors include: Daughter – Robin King, Uniondale, IN, Son – Charles (Marci) Lloyd, Warren, IN, Daughter – Imogene (Jim) Johnson, Huntington, IN, Daughter – Melissa (Don) Lahr, Huntington, IN, Daughter – Ida (Tod) Berry, Warren, IN, 8 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren and 1 Gr. Gr. Grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her: Father – Frank Simons and Mother – Bertha (Pulley) Simons.
Family and friends may gather to share and remember at Glancy – H. Brown & Son Funeral Home 203 N Matilda St. Warren on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
A service to celebrate Bonnie’s life will be at Glancy-H. Brown & Son Funeral Home at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, June 7, 2017, viewing will be held one hour before the service. Pastor Allen Laws will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Woodlawn Cemetery in Warren.
