Billie was a retired nursing assistant from the VA Medical Center and pastor of Old Time Methodist Church, both in Marion. Billie had a comical sense of humor and enjoyed puzzles, watching horse races and spending time with her family, especially her great-grandchildren. Winter was her favorite time of year and butterscotch pie her favorite dessert.
Survivors include her daughters, Kathy Hamer, Marilee Pinkleton and Teresa Pinkleton; a son, William Dean Pinkleton; a brother, Michael Harrison; 14 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Haney; and twin great-granddaughters, born prematurely.
