Anna M. Stone, 69, Gas City, died at 6:24 a.m. on Tuesday, October 25, 2016, at University Nursing Home in Upland. She was born in Marion on December 28, 1946, to James W. and Virginia R. (Mills) Myers. She married Lillard H. Stone, on March 19, 1968, and he preceded her in death in May of 2006.

Anna was a homemaker who loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed playing Yahtzee, taking rides, traveling to Texas, watching Steve Wilkos Show and Family Feud, talking to Tish Yanis for hours in the evening, and spending time with her granddogs, Possum J. Noodle and Brody James Stone.

She will be missed dearly by her daughter, Ruth I. Rich, Gas City; son, Lillard H. (Donita) Stone, Jr., Jonesboro; brothers, John (Dana) Myers, Van Buren, James (Judy) Myers, Gas City, and Phil (Faye) Atkinson, Pinellas Park, Florida; sisters-in-law, Peg Myers, Gas City, and Janet Myers, Gas City; brother-in-law, David Boruff, Gas City; granddaughters, Megan (Braxton Wylie) Stone, Fairmount, and Heather (Ruben) Lugo, Texas; grandson, Harold (Erin) Rennaker, Wabash; great-grandsons, Brayden, Noah, and Isaac Wylie, Fairmount; great-granddaughters, Lillianna Lugo, Texas, and Ellie Rennaker, Wabash; special uncle, Ted Mills, Gas City; and cousin/best friend, Tish Yanis, Marion. She will also be missed by many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.

Preceding Anna in death were her husband, Lillard H. Stone; parents, James W. (Virginia R.) Myers; sister, Madeline Myers-Boruff; brothers, Micheal, Jerry, and Dick Myers; and nephew, George R. Lakin.

Visitation is from 12-1 p.m. on Tuesday, November 1, 2016, at Integrity Funeral Care, 2901 S. Washington St., Marion, IN. Services will begin at 1 p.m. with burial following at Estates of Serenity.
