Angel “Tonk” Zenquis

Angel “Tonk” Zenquis, age 38 of Huntington, IN and formerly of Trenton, New Jersey, passed away Saturday, May 13, 2017.  He served in the US Army and worked at Tire Barn, Marion, IN.  He was a member of Wheels of Soul Motorcycle Club, was devoted to his family, and enjoyed fishing and cars.

Angel was born October 4, 1978, in Trenton, NJ, the son of Angelo Zenquis and Rosa (Lagares) Thomas. On December 20, 2015, he married his beloved wife Amanda Eby Zenquis and she survives in Huntington.  Also  surviving are his father Angelo Zenquis of Marysville, OH, his mother and stepfather  Rosa (Terry) Thomas of Marysville, children Angelica Lee (David) Vanheck of Middletown, MI, Angel “Juni” Zenquis II of Huntington, Avery Mikol Zenquis and Avamarie Isabel Zenquis both of Lancaster, OH, D’Angelo Christopher Zenquis of Huntington, step-son Gauge Daniel Morris of Huntington, grandchildren Brooklyn and Peyton Vanheck of Middleton, MI, siblings Michael Anthony (Eveonda) Thomas of Canal Winchester, OH, Christopher Matthew (Mia) Thomas of Marysville, Dolly Mae Thomas of Trenton, NJ, Jamie Lee Thomas of Columbus, OH, Alexandria Rosa Thomas of Marysville, and Teressa Jelissa Figueroa of  Trenton, NJ , grandmother Juanita Zenquis of Puerto Rico, grandparents Samuel Lagares and Milagras Lagares of  Trenton, father & mother-in-law Chris & Brenda Eby of Unionville Center, OH, and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be held Friday, May 19, from 2-8 pm at Deal-Rice Funeral Home- Huntington Chapel.  A graveside service will be held Saturday, May 20, at 1 pm at Star of Hope Cemetery, Huntington.
