Andrew Scott “Andy” Fabini, age 29, of Fort Wayne and formerly of Roanoke, passed away Sunday February 14, 2016.  He graduated from Vincennes University with an electrical degree and worked as an electrician at Hambrock Electric, Fort Wayne.  He was an avid Nascar fan – Jimmie Johnson was his favorite driver, enjoyed IU basketball and Notre Dame football, enjoyed carpentry and yard work, children and animals, and John Deere tractors.

Andy was born June 22, 1986, in Fort Wayne, the son of the late Jeffery Fabini and Tammy (Battershell) Fabini Wilson.  He is survived by his fiancé Cindy Bishop of Fort Wayne, his mother and step-father Tammy and Brad Wilson of Toronto, Canada, grandparents Richard and Linda Battershell of Roanoke, Ed and Janet Powell of Roanoke, Joseph and Judy Fabini of Florida, Nora and Barry Wilson of Toronto, Canada, a brother Jeffery Fabini of Huntington, step-sister Marina Wilson of Toronto, Canada, Aunt & Uncle Dawn & Jeff Mullins, Uncle Greg Fabini, numerous cousins and dear friends, and cats Luna and Orion.  He was preceded in death by his father Jeffery Fabini.

Visitation will be held Friday February 19 from 2-8 pm at Roanoke Memorial Chapel of Deal-Rice Funeral Homes and 1 hour prior to the Saturday February 20 funeral service at 11:00 am at the funeral home with Pastor Worlie Newsome officiating.  Burial will follow in Glenwood Cemetery, Roanoke.
