Andrew Jeffrey Duncan-Perkins, 28, Sweetser, died at 6:13 a.m. on Monday, April 18, 2016, at IU Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis.
Andrew was born in Marion, IN, to Denise (Perkins) Duncan, and he was a 2007 graduate of Oak Hill High School. He enjoyed playing guitar, listening to music, and playing video games, especially on classic and vintage game consoles.
Survivors include his mother, Denise Duncan, Sweetser; siblings, Adam (Amanda) Perkins, Sims, and Amber (Kyle) Shell, Fairmount; nieces and nephews, Owen Perkins, Korinne Perkins, Colin Wischman, Breana Wischman, Riley Shell, and Mason Shell; maternal grandmother, Barbara Perkins; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Andrew was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, James Perkins.
Friends and family may call from 12-2 p.m. on Thursday, April 21, 2016, at Integrity Funeral Care, 2901 S. Washington St., Marion, IN. In accordance with the family’s wishes, there will be no services.
