Amanda Lee’Ann Brannen, 32, Marion, died at 8:20 a.m. on Friday, June 17, 2016, at Miller’s Merry Manor, Marion. She was born in Marion, Indiana to Jim Brannen and the late Janet Boothby.
Amanda was a 2001 graduate of Marion High School and attended Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana. She had a huge passion for Disney World, loved cooking, and reading. Amanda was a very loving mom and caring for her children was very important to her.
In addition to her father, Amanda is survived by her children, Joseph Timmons, Anderson, Kiara and Zoe Wilson, Marion, Kaidence Brannen, Marion, and Oden Smith, Marion; siblings, Lorri (Thomas) Cox, Ashely Ogden, Debbie Bosworth, Jamie Pope and family; grandfather, Don Unterfer; nieces, Mary (Troy) King and Karleigh Cox; nephews, Zachary (Kim) Cox, Shawn Hall, Jayden Smithson, Gavin Ogden, Ethan & Tyler Bosworth; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
A special thanks to Chassidy Boothby for caring for Amanda’s children and helping her through this difficult time.
Amanda was preceded in death by her mother, Janet Boothby; grandmother, Patricia Unterfer; grandfather, Robert Boothby; paternal grandparents; special aunt, Cheryl Broegman; and many others.
The family will receive visitors on Tuesday, June 21, 2016, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Integrity Funeral Care, 2901 S. Washington St., Marion, IN 46953.
A funeral service for Amanda will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 22, 2016, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory.
